When messaging to book your consultation and patch test, please have your availability ready (e.g. "I can do any weekday after 6pm").

Please ensure to list any medication you are currently taking and any medical history that may be relevant (e.g. diabetes, history of cancer). This is extremely important.

Please do not book a patch test/consultation if you have fake tan on or a natural active tan (30 days from sun exposure) on the areas to be patch tested.

Once a date has been confirmed, we will send you the deposit details to secure your slot. Please put your full name as reference when paying the deposit.

Your deposit acts as a rolling deposit and is deducted from your final session (session 6). Should you give less than 24 hours notice or no-show any of your sessions, you will need to pay a new £50 deposit in order to book back in.

Appointments are only booked in once the deposit has been paid. No appointments are secure without a deposit.

If you do not pay your deposit straight away, please check to ensure the slot agreed is still available as we cannot hold these for long.
