To all of our valued clients: due to the high volume of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have been left with no choice but to implement a new cancellation policy, effective immediately.
More than 24 hours’ notice
No cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice
50% of the appointment cost will be charged
No-show
100% of the appointment cost will be charged
If you have an appointment booked and know you will be unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible. This gives us time to attempt to fill the slot for another client.
